Well I have done it! I have smoked my last cigarette at 11am this morning, I am not feeling too bad although the cravings are pretty harsh tonight, I am just taking it one day at a time, the experts say the nicotine is out of your system within 3 days so that will be my first milestone, I am taking it one day at a time but am hopeful and quietly confident that this is it, I am now a non-smoker! Wish me luck!

Well done Sonya. That's the first step and it's always the hardest.
I had my last cigarette 8.5 years ago and I'll always consider myself a smoker, and I'll always crave it, but it does get easier with time and my kids, my hubby and my health are better for it.

Whoo hoo - congrats Chickadee. You have done so well. Take it one hour at a time. Use all the patches or whatever else will help. Its a habit and that makes it so difficult change. I am so proud of you!xoxoxo
